What do you do when you face a problem while using a service? You contact the customer care and they make sure you dread the process – because it’s just so tedious. Automatic recorded message start rolling out and then you go on to type from one number after another before finally speaking to a customer care executive. And there are chances that you’ll get held up only to disconnect the phone in frustration!

But Zomato’s customer care defines ‘coolness’ because you can just chat your problem away. The executives are ready to have a text conversation with you which can turn out to be very interesting.

Recently, a Reddit user shared the chit-chat he had with a Zomato customer care executive because he couldn’t reach the restaurant from where he had ordered cigarettes. The conversation has gone viral on social media because it’ll make you laugh. The user wanted the service provider to connect him/her with the restaurant that was expected to deliver the cigarettes the user had ordered. However, the restaurant was not responding. “Yar tu kaise b krke do cigrattes bhijwa de yaar… bhadak ho rhi h” he/she told the executive. The response was epic!

“Yar wo nae bhejenge :/ And smoking is injurious to health. It causes cancer,” came the response!

Taking a dig at what the executive just said, “Thanks bhai tune Meri aankhein khol di!!!” wrote the user.

But it wasn’t ‘bhai’ after all!
