The best advice I got …
Three things make a start-up successful the team, perseverance and discipline. It is difficult to believe that these are more important than the idea, capital, network, market, experience, educational degree, ability or talent. But its true! It is easier to acquire/learn the latter but very difficult to keep the former going on for a long period.

The defining moment
Customer feedback gives me a real high and defines the most important and satisfying moments for me. Nothing comes close to a customer telling you how much his life has changed due to your product.
What keeps me awake
We are firing on all cylinders to keep standards high and pushing the bar up and keep innovating in everything we do. This keeps us awake at night and makes us dream about work all the time.
When I thought I would give up
There are a lot of lows one sees in a start-up but there has never been a point when I wanted to give up.
My word of advice
Running a start-up is a long (7-10 years),hard (1 per cent success rate) and lonely battle. It,therefore,is absolutely critical to find able and willing shoulders to share this burden with you. Pick your team, advisors, investors with great care and find people who are in for the long run and who have the discipline and perseverance to survive.
