Easy to make and super refreshing, this smoothie is a must-have this summer.
Papaya Honey Smoothie | Serves 2
1 cup chopped papaya
½ cup cold milk
1 cup thick yogurt
½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp honey
few strands saffron (kesar) – soaked in 1 tbsp of warm milk
* Put papaya and milk in a blender and blend till smooth.
* Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until thick and frothy. Serve cold.
