Three Buddha Amarnath pilgrims killed in road accident in Poonch

THREE Buddha Amarnath pilgrims were killed and a minor boy was reportedly missing after their vehicle rolled down into a deep gorge in border Poonch district on Sunday.

THREE Buddha Amarnath pilgrims were killed and a minor boy was reportedly missing after their vehicle rolled down into a deep gorge in border Poonch district on Sunday.

The deceased have been identified as Karan Dogra of Hari Market, Jammu, his wife Sheetal and Rohit Sharma of Paloura. Karan’s son Ayaan was reportedly missing.

Sources said that the victims were on their way to Buddha Amarnath near Mandi when their vehicle fell into a deep gorge at a sharp turn. The victims bodies were fished out of a fast flowing river at the bottom of gorge by the local people.
