Police question three in Subedar Grewal suicide case

Police said they are trying to ascertain the exact sequence of events.

Delhi Police Crime Branch on Saturday recorded the statements of three ex-servicemen, who were with retired Army subedar Ram Kishan Grewal when he committed suicide on November 1, allegedly over the One Rank One Pension (OROP) issue. Police said they are trying to ascertain the exact sequence of events.

“Three ex-servicemen, Rajkumar, Prithvi and Jagdish, were called for questioning. They were released later,” said Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) Ravindra Yadav.
