Delhi: 3 arrested for killing constable in Bawana

The accused arrested for the murder of Constable Anand Singh have been identified as Sumit Thakran, Rahul and Sunil.

The Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested three persons for allegedly killing a constable who had tried to stop them, after they snatched a woman’s money and mobile phone, in outer Delhi’s Bawana last week.

The accused arrested for the murder of Constable Anand Singh have been identified as Sumit Thakran, Rahul and Sunil. The three men had left Delhi and had taken refuge in various places in Haryana, said police. Arvind Deep, special commissioner of police (Special Cell) said that in the week-long probe, police went through the records of over 130 people, studied dossiers of recently-released inmates and went through hundreds of CCTV videos.
