

Speculations are rife that Amitabh Bachchan and Varun Dhawan may possibly be seen together in Pradeep Sarkar’s next titled Dabba Gul. However Varun told us that nothing is confirmed yet from his side.
Speaking at India Nightlife Convention awards, Varun said, “There is nothing confirmed yet. Honestly everything is just a rumour.” When asked if he would like to collaborate with the megastar, Varun said, “Who wouldn’t want to work with Mr. Bachchan. As of now this is just a rumour.”
Dbba Gul will be produced by Yash Raj Films is believed to be a slice-of-life, feel-good film where an MBA topper joins the dabbawalas for a two-month internship to learn their ways.

Meanwhile, the actor thinks that if banning Pakistani actors from working in Bollywood can stop terror, then government should take the necessary step. The decision should come from the government. Varun also sid that he would abide by the law of the land.
Varun is currently shooting for his upcoming film Badrinath Ki Dulhania co-starring Alia Bhatt.
The actor expressed his deep regret at the martyrdom of 18 Indian army jawans and committed his support with the Indian government in its fight against terror. “The attacks on our jawans were horrible. My heart goes out to them and I stand with the government of India,” said Varun.
Speaking particularly on the call for ban demanded by MNS, Varun said, “The government has to say that. It (ban) has to come from the government. And if they take any steps, we will have to see what they do after that. If by banning actors, terrorism can be stopped then they should do it. That is something the government needs to decide first.”
