Kolkata: Lab assistant at diagnosis centre ‘molests’ patient

According to the FIR lodged, the victim had gone to the diagnosis centre Monday morning to complete a couple of medical tests suggested by her physician. When she was alone in a room preparing for an X-ray test, Das allegedly molested her. She managed to escape from the clinic and later filed a complaint at the Beliatore police station.

“The accused has been arrested. Further investigation in the case is on,” said Bankura SP Sukhendu Heera.
