Rajkumar, the youngest son of veteran actor Dr Rajkumar, and she is keen to take it up. She was recently in Belgaum for a Kannada Sammelan and that’s where she met up with a few filmmakers. She eventually zeroed in on this movie, which will be directed by Prem. We can only wish her good luck.

The Name Game

After close to six months of pondering over what to call his next film — the remake of the Tamil blockbuster Singham — director Rohit Shetty has finally decided on one. The title for the Hindi remake,he says, will remain the same as the original, which means ‘lion’. He feels that it is uncomplicated and also totally apt for his action-oriented film. “When Abhinav Kashyap called his film Dabangg,so many people in North India didn’t know what it meant. Today,we all do. In case of Ghajini, the film was titled on the villain. The whole point is to intrigue the audience and Singham does the job,” he says. After all, what’s in a name?
