As Delhi votes for a new government today, Arvind Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi, the two key rivals in this contest, traded charges against each other.

Kejriwal, who was a favourite among chief ministerial nominees according to opinion polls, exhorted voters not to choose the party which was distributing liquor and money, in a clear taunt to the BJP. He also asked for the cancellation of candidature of the BJP nominee from Mangolpuri who has been reportedly detained by police for distributing liquor bottles.

At the same time, Bedi also told reporters that the AAP was forcing people to vote for it by offering them food and money.

Delhi has seen a fierce contest this time between the BJP and the AAP with both parties engaging in allegations and counter-allegation. The rivalry is expected to see a temporary culmination when poll results come out on February 10.
