Work at the Computer Cell in the PSEB complex was stalled for over two hours after a snake was spotted in the office Monday.
A snake charmer who was roped in for the job managed to catch one of the two snakes, one of which he said was a Cobra.
Last Friday, an employee saw a snake inside the office located in the second floor. Chandigarh Newsline has also learnt that the person who saw the snake had raised an alarm, but since it was late in the evening, everyone left the premises, and it remained locked over the weekend.
When the office reopened Monday, another person saw the snake as well. Soon, a snake charmer was called over to catch it. However, no one had any clue that there were two snakes.

Though it is not clear how the snakes reached the second floor, some employees said that it might have crawled through a water pipe connecting a construction site withing the complex and the Computer Cell.
