Almond prices declined by Rs 100 per 40 kg in the national capital today due to reduced offtake by retailers and stockists.
Adequate stock availability following increased arrivals from overseas markets also weighed on prices.
Almond (California) prices fell by Rs 100 to Rs 12,200 per 40 kg and kernel rates also eased by Rs 5 to Rs 415-435 per kg.
Traders attributed the fall in almond prices to reduced offtake by retailers and stockists amid fall in demand.
