Bajaj Auto motorcycle sales up 2% in May

In commercial vehicles category, Bajaj Auto's sales during the month stood at 40,311 units, down 7 per cent as against 43,576 units in May last year.

Bajaj Auto on Thursday reported a 2 per cent increase in motorcycle sales at 3,07,344 units for May as compared with 3,01,862 units in the year-ago month.

The company’s total vehicle sales last month stood at 3,47,655 units, up 1 per cent, as against 3,45,438 units in the same month a year earlier, the two-wheeler major said in a BSE filing.
