Water pipeline project in limbo due to PMC, PCB tussle

The PMC recently completed the Rs 175-crore work of laying the second pipeline from the dam to Parvati water works and laid the foundation stone for Rs 110-crore work of laying the 6.5-km pipeline from Parvati to Cantonment water Works.
