New Delhi, Jan 15 (ANI): Congress leader Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday said that the only way to stop bloodshed in the country was through peace talks and not through military actions. Responding to the scheduled India-Pakistan Foreign Secretary-level talks being deferred, Singh said if India wants to stop this bloodshed, it can only be done through peace talks, not through military actions.
